Vermont Mobile Poultry Processing Unit

Vermont now has a new Mobile Poultry Processing Unit available for farmers. Cornerstone Farm Ventures and Brothers Body and Equipment
built the unit and delivered it in November 2008.

The unit is designed to do 250 birds per day and could easily do 250 birds per hour with the equipment that is installed. The trailer is a 32 foot custom
built trailer that has a kill room, and evisceration room as well as inspectors office and bathroom. This is the first of it's kind in the US. The MPU is equipped
with an on board generator, propane tanks, exhaust fans and waterproof wiring systems.

Cornerstone Farm Ventures designs and builds mobile processing units for poultry processing and is the leader in design and construction MPU's in the country.

We can design and build an MPU on any number of platforms including shipping containers for use over seas.

The unit has the following equipment:
