TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Thank you for your interest in our products and services.
Bidding or Buying our products indicates your acceptance to the following terms and conditions. Thus, we ask that you kindly read the following paragraphs before you make a purchasing decision.
We accept payments through Paypal, Credit Card, and Money Order. Picked-up items may be paid by in cash. As much as we love meeting our clients we ask that you contact us before pick-up so we can assure your item will be ready by the time of your visit.
Individuals or companies located outside the state of New York, that have an out-of-state ship-to address, will not be charged taxes.
We offer a 14 day money-back warranty. Item must be returned in original box, including crating. All materials - including manuals, spare parts, and tools- must be returned with machine. Buyer will cover all shipping and handling costs incurred to return item to our offices in Norwich, NY, including import tariffs and nationalization costs if applicable. Items are to be returned in the same (new) condition. Before sending back your item please, contact us for a return authorization.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All items in stock will typically be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after payment has cleared. Items that ship via freight may take slightly longer, as trucking companies may require one or two days for pick-up during periods of high demand.
We treat all orders as urgent, but when speed is of essence we ask that you please notify us – we will invest additional resources into processing your order.
Prices are FOB. Unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise, the buyer will be liable and responsible for damage for goods in transit. In the event of damage notify the carrier immediately. Save all boxes to show carrier.
All changes of delivery address that are different then the address provided by your details must be notified prior to dispatch. Please ensure these details are correct prior to making your purchase.
Most items are sent via FedEx or US Postal Service (USPS) . Buyers who use this carrier and supply us with their email address will benefit from automatic shipping notice and tracking number. If you did not choose to use FedEx or USPS and require tracking information we ask that you contact our Order and Shipping Department at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will gladly supply you with any needed information.
If you are not available during the time of delivery, it is your full responsibility to contact the courier. A consignment note will be left, and you may arrange an alternative delivery schedule with the courier. Items that are returned to us because of non-delivery will incur an additional delivery fee.

The import/export procedure is typically simple and straight forward. We do want to call your attention to the following:
If you reside outside the United States or intend to send an item outside this country, note that nations often charge import tariffs or nationalization fees. Additionally, the currier or shipper may charge a service fee for nationalization paper work. Cornerstone Farm Ventures does not cover any of these costs. You, the buyer, will be liable and responsible for all import tariffs and/or charges incurred due to the importation of an item.
What To Do If You Receive A Damaged Item:
If your item arrives damaged refuse to accept it from the currier and contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item at once.
If you noticed the damage after receipt of the item contact us immediately. We will ask you to photograph the damage and email it to us and ask that you keep all packaging material as well as all parts, documentation, and accessories that came with the machine. You should not attempt to use the equipment unless we instruct you to do so.
If we deem damage to be superficial or easily repairable, we may choose to send you any needed replacement parts. If, on the other hand, we regard the damage to be extensive, we will ask you to repackage the machine with all original the packaging materials. We will contact you with the course of action to send you replacement equipment, open a damaged claim with the shipper, and instruct them to retrieve the damaged product from your premises.

Please do not bid/purchase any item(s) for which you do not intend to pay.
All payments for the winning bid must be made within 7 working days. Unpaid items may be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-Payer report may be filed with eBay.
