semi-automatic plucker on the market. It will process 2-3 broilers at a time and
is designed for the home owner who wants to process their own birds.

With these simple steps, you can finish the process less than a minute.
1. Plug the power cord into the machine.
2. Hook up the garden hose into the machine and turn the water on at preferably
25-35 Psi.
3. Put the “ready birds” (meaning they have already been soaked or scalded in
hot water) into the tub. NOTE: Refer to the manual on scalding procedures.
4. Turn on the power switch.
5. Then let it run for 10-30 seconds.
6. Turn the knob of the adjustable (RPM) speed control depending on the type and
age of the bird(s).
7. When you are done, turn the power switch off.
