This unit was the first unit we built and is mostly home made. New units are manufactured from all new equipment and can be built to your specifications. We use Pickwick processing equipment as well as less expensive Poultry Man pickers and scalder's.
This older unit contains the kill cones on the right end, the 55 gallon drum is a home made chicken scalder, the blue tub is a home made chicken picker. 
This view is from the end looking to the front of the unit. Chill tank is on the right side of picture, stainless steel evisceration table with the picker, scalder and kill cones in the rear.
