The top is lightweight, yet durable and easy-to-clean polyethylene, and the legs fold up for easy storage and transport. Built into the table are a sloped sink with a removable drain plug, a waste disposal hole and a garden hose holder for supplying clean, fresh water. The large, stable cutting surface makes cleaning and butchering poultry or fish easy, and it sits 34" above the ground for optimal working height. Clean with soap and water.
