The Dux Delux Picker
The Dux Delux Poultry Picker features protective grill separating the
revolving drum with 28 rubber fingers. Completely removes all feathers off
chickens, turkeys guinea and pheasant... in as little as 30 seconds. Fowl must be scalded in water 145-150 degrees. Just hold
the fowl against the revolving rubber fingers. Protective grill prevents
fowl from being pulled away from you. 5 in by 9-1/4 inch drum, driven by a 1/6 HP motor.
Dimensions: 32" high x 16" wide x 40" long. Weighs 65 lbs.

these pickers is the grate which protects fingers from being pulled into
the unit as well as maintaining better control of the bird. 28 rubber
